ROSS Polymer designed and manufactured a reusable food packaging solution to support Ireland’s Hot Meal Programme, delivering a robust, food-safe, and sustainable product suitable for repeated use in high-volume catering and distribution environments.
The solution was developed through a fully integrated in-house design and manufacturing process. ROSS Polymer led product design, material selection, tool design, and mould flow analysis to ensure consistent quality, durability, and efficient large-scale production. Particular focus was placed on thermal performance, structural integrity, and hygiene to ensure reliable performance throughout food transport, storage, and service.
The packaging is manufactured using 100% recycled, food-safe polymer, supporting circular economy objectives while meeting national food safety and environmental standards.
